Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (Major in Hotel and Restaurant Management)
This course aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the different theories and practices related to hospitality service, management, and operations. It will train them how to become competitive and competent hospitality professionals. It also provides the students with understanding and appreciation through hands-on experience in the different sectors of the food and service industry.
After graduation one can be employed and assume entry-level jobs in culinary, food and beverage service, front office, housekeeping, front office, hotel, and restaurant operations, events management, sales and marketing, catering services, cruise line industry, resorts, and gaming, and casino operations.
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (Major in Tourism Management)
This course aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the different theories and practices related to the travel and tourism industry. It will prepare them to become highly skilled tourism management professionals.
After graduation one can be employed and assume entry-level jobs in tour operations, tourism planning and development, airline and cruise operations, recreation and leisure, travel publication, and entrepreneurship in the travel trade industry.
